Before the Court is the chapter 13 trustee’s objection to confirmation. ECF Doc. *453No. 22. The chapter 13 trustee, by counsel, objects under section 1325(b) of the Bankruptcy Code1 on the grounds that the debtors have not allocated all of their disposable income towards payments to unsecured creditors. The debtors, Sean and Melinda Hite (“Sean and Melinda”), filed a brief asserting that their proposed chapter 13 plan complies with the disposable income requirements of section 1325(b). EOF Doc.
