The appellant issued to the appellee a policy of liability insurance coverage. Subsequently appellee was involved in an accident which resulted in a verdict and judgment against him. On appeal we affirmed. W. G. Shook et al v. Mrs. Jack Kellar et al, 241 Ark. 616, 408 S. W. 2d 880 (1966). Thereupon the appellant paid the judgment to the extent of the policy limits and refused to pay the amount in excess.
