Glissmann v. Orchard

This was an action in equity, brought by Tena E. Glissmann against Edmond H. Orchard and wife, defendants, for a declaratory judgment to settle the amount of her indebtedness under a lease and option agreement, which had *345heretofore been construed by the court to be an equitable real estate mortgage. Plaintiff also asked for an accounting with the defendants Edmond H. Orchard and wife to determine the exact amount which they had invested in the property, which amount plaintiff should pay in order to settle with the defendants in full.
