At the. termination of the trial both sides moved for the direction of a verdict. The court entertained plaintiff’s motion and directed a verdict in the plaintiff’s favor in the sum of $1,594.47 and denied the motion of the defendants. The defendants thereupon moved for a new trial upon all the grounds *396specified in section 999 of the Code of Civil Procedure, which motion the cotirt entertained.
