Reeves & Company, a banking co-partnership, of the City of Beaver Falls, Pa., filed a petition at the above-stated number and term, for a rule on Luther A. Harr, Secretary of Banking of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Receiver of the Federal Title & Trust Company, now for the usé of A. E.
