MEMORANDUM OPINION

LATCHUM, Chief Judge.

Jessie J. Bryant is detained without bail in the custody of the Delaware Division of *473Adult Corrections pursuant to a commitment by the Superior Court, New Castle County, Delaware. The detention is based on an indictment by the New Castle County Grand Jury charging Bryant with murder in the first degree, burglary, possession of a deadly weapon during the commission of a felony, and three counts of conspiracy.
