In a juvenile delinquency proceeding pursuant to Family Court Act article 3, the appeal is from (1) a fact-finding order of the Family Court, Dutchess County (Amodeo, J.), dated April 21, 2008, which, after a hearing, found that the appellant had committed acts, which, if committed by an adult, would have constituted the *711crimes of grand larceny in the fourth degree (two counts) and criminal possession of stolen property in the fourth degree, and (2) an order of disposition of the same court, also dated April 21, 2008, which, upon the fact-finding order, adjudged her to be a juvenile…
