Plaintiffs appeal from the district court’s opinion and order granting a motion for summary judgment filed by Defendants Twin Peaks Charter Academy (“the Academy”) and Dr. Dorothy Marlatt and its related entry of judgment for all Defendants on all claims. Plaintiffs are former teachers of the Academy. Plaintiffs filed suit under 42 U.S.C. § 1983 asserting that Defendants violated their rights under the First, Fifth, and Fourteenth Amendments to the United States Constitution.
