DAVIDSON, Presiding Judge.

— Appellant was convicted of violating the local option law, his punishment being assessed at a fine of $25 and twenty days imprisonment in the county jail.

The State’s case is, in substance, that appellant sold Wilson, the alleged purchaser, a pint of whisky under the following circumstances: On or about March 5, 1911, on Sunday, Wilson got a pint of whisky from defendant and paid him one dollar for it.
