STARR, District Judge.
Metzger’s, Inc., was adjudged bankrupt November 6, 1945, and reference was made to Chester Woolridge, referee. Frank Deane was elected and qualified as trustee, and on April 8, 1946, he filed petition with the referee alleging in substance that certain real and personal property and shares of stock owned by the bankrupt, or in which it had an interest, had been assigned, transferred, and conveyed in fraud of its creditors.
