The defendant, Shelter Insurance Company (Shelter Insurance), appeals from a summary judgment entered by the circuit court in favor of the plaintiff, Angelia Hacker. This appeal presents the issue of whether a landlord’s liability insurance company has a duty to defend a tenant in a suit brought by a third party seeking damages for injuries allegedly caused by the tenant’s negligence. We hold that, under the facts of this case, it does not.
