The plaintiff having obtained a judgment in the Circuit Court of'Adams county, Mississippi, against the Agricultural Bank, a corporation located in that county and State, for the sum of $7,778 23, with interest thereon at the rate of eight per cent per annum, from the 14th of December, 1842, and costs,, issued an execution thereon, which was returned “no property found”; whereupon he brought a copy of the record, and instituted a suit thereon in the Commercial Court, by attachment, making Samuel H.
