CADENA, Justice.
This is an appeal from an order overruling the plea of privilege of appellant, Mobile County Mutual Insurance Company, one of two defendants below.
The suit arose out of a collision between an automobile and a motorcycle in Laredo, Webb County. The automobile was being operated by the other defendant in the case, Vicente Herrera, a resident of Webb County. Plaintiff, Rogelio Maldonado, sued, individually and as next friend of his minor son, Roberto J.
