L Claimant Jon Roberts appeals from a judgment of the Office of Workers’ Compensation (“OWC”) dismissing his demand for compensation benefits. For the reasons stated herein, we affirm.

FACTS

After his employer denied his claim for indemnity and medical benefits, Jon Roberts filed a formal claim for workers’ compensation on June 17, 2005, seeking those benefits plus penalties and attorney fees.
