¶ 1. Carl Bryan Johnson was convicted in the Carroll County Circuit Court of Count I, burglary of a dwelling, and Count II, attempted rape. Johnson was sentenced to serve twenty-five years in the custody of the Mississippi Department of Corrections on Count I. Johnson was also sentenced to serve a term of ten years in the custody of the Mississippi Department of Corrections, with five years suspended and five years post-release supervision, on Count II.
