This is a petition for vacation of a decree of separate support and of a decree whereunder a writ of *33ne exeat issued. From a decree dismissing the petition, the petitioner appealed.

The facts appear from a “statement of agreed facts” which meets the requirements of a case stated. G. L. (Ter. Ed.) c. 231, § 126. On August 30, 1923, the parties, both of Springfield, were married there, and thereafter lived together in that city.
