Judging from'the amount involved this is a-small cásé, and it would be entirely appropriate to quote the remarks made-by Mr. Justice Sterrett at the'outset of his opinion in Hensel v. Noble, 95 Pa. 345. But as they are’not essential to the décision of our case we content ourselves with this reference to them. In this action of assumpsit against J.
