| Appellant Tyrone Campbell was charged with one count of first-degree ter-roristic threatening and one count of aggravated assault. A Sebastian County jury acquitted Campbell of the aggravated-assault charge but convicted him of first-degree terroristic threatening. The jury sentenced Campbell to six years’ suspended imposition of sentence and to pay $1000 in restitution. We affirm.
