Rhodes v. Inland-Rome, Inc.

After plenary consideration of Rhodes v. Inland-Rome, Inc., 195 Ga. App. 39 (392 SE2d 270) (1990), it is found not to satisfy the criteria for the grant of certiorari, and the writ is therefore vacated.
