Gary Wadley was convicted of the murder of Ronnie Jordan. He was tried by a jury and found guilty and sentenced to life imprisonment. He appeals, raising issues of ineffective assistance of counsel at trial, improper argument by the prosecution, and the trial court’s failure to charge the jury on voluntary manslaughter.
