WALLACE, Judge.
Dwain D. Wallace, III, challenges the investigatory detention that led to the revocation of his probation. After Mr. Wallace was detained, he made inculpatory statements to the police. However, the informant — whose tip to the police was the basis for Mr. Wallace’s detention — was not simply an honest, disinterested citizen. Because this informant’s reliability was doubtful and because the police failed to corroborate the information that he had provided, Mr. Wallace’s detention was not based on a well-founded suspicion.
