KAHN, Judge.

Edward Lamont Thomas, convicted of attempted armed robbery, aggravated assault, and possession of cocaine, appeals from his convictions and sentences, raising two points. We affirm.

Appellant first claims error in the trial court’s refusal to grant a judgment of acquittal on the charge of attempted armed robbery. A criminal defendant moving for judgment of acquittal must accept the facts and inferences in a light most favorable to the state. Naumowicz v.
