Henry, Clarence Hinke, Cohn Hudson, Ethel Norton, Edward Sauley, Lola Yellico, and James Yonan (“Respondents”) appeal from judgments entered August 11, 1994 in the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York, Robert J.
