We have here a contest over the custody of a minor child. The child’s paternal grandmother appeals from an order of the district court sustaining the juvenile court, which held the child to be a neglected child and awarded custody to the child’s mother. The principal questions presented are whether the juvenile court had jurisdiction to make the order, custody of the child having been awarded a short time prior thereto in a divorce proceeding in the district court; and whether there was evidence to support the finding of the juvenile court,…
