In this appeal, Solé Resort, S.A. de C.Y. (“Solé”) challenges an order of the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York (Jed S. Rakoff, Judge) dismissing for lack of personal jurisdiction a petition to vacate an arbitration award against Solé. Both Solé and Appellee Allure Resorts Management, L.L.C. (“Allure”) are non-U.S. corporations. The dispute involves a property located in Mexico, and the arbitration took place in Miami, Florida.
