The Atlantic and Danville Kailway Company is a Virginia -corporation, whose principal office is in the county of Norfolk, .and whose lines pass through a number of counties in this State. The Board of Public Works, in assessing railroad prop*5erties for the year 1895, assessed the Atlantic and Danville Railway Company with mileage lying in the county of Norfolk as'follows: 6.95 miles at $8,000 per mile, and 9.98 miles at $5,000 per mile, and stated in its assessment that the value of rolling stock was $277,510, the value of depots, depot grounds,…
