E. GRADY JOLLY, Circuit Judge:
This appeal presents a question of the interpretation of a bankruptcy reorganization plan, that establishes and empowers a post-confirmation advisory committee. The only question presented is whether the reorganization plan allows the advisory committee to hire an attorney. To answer this question, we are required to interpret 11 U.S.C. § 1103, which was incorporated as a term of the reorganization plan. We hold that under section 1103, which speaks of the powers and duties of creditors’ committees, it makes no sense at all to define separately powers and duties.…
