Klein, J.), entered March 28,1983 granting plaintiff’s motion to vacate the automatic dismissal of the action and restoring the action to the calendar, is unanimously reversed, on the law and the facts, and in the exercise of discretion, without costs, and plaintiff’s motion to vacate the dismissal of the action is denied and the action is stricken from the calendar.
