Plaintiffs appealed from a judgment after denial of their motion for a new trial.

The suit is by stockholders in their representative capacity for the benefit of the corporation, the Eagle Transportation Company, a Delaware corporation. Any statement appropriately giving the facts as found by the trial court would extend over 40 pages. Every sentence in the findings is essential to a proper understanding of all the facts and their relation to each other.
