MEMORANDUM ORDER GRANTING MOTION TO DISMISS

WELLFORD, District Judge.

This is an action by the United States of America seeking execution of a judgment entered against defendant Memphis Retail Package Stores Association, Inc., some fifteen (15) years ago.
