Plaintiff Christina Costa (“Plaintiff’) brings this retaliation action against De*338fendants Sears Home Improvement Products, Inc. (“SHIP”), and Sears Holdings Corporation (collectively, “Defendants”) pursuant to Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 42 U.S.C. §§ 2000e et seq. (“Title VII”). (Dkt. 1).
