Appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court at Special Term (Hughes, J.), entered September 24, 1982 in Rensselaer County, which sustained a writ of habeas corpus and directed respondent to surrender custody of an infant, Katherine Quinn Dwyer, to petitioners.
