OPINION

WARD, Justice.

This is an appeal from a jury conviction for the offense of involuntary manslaughter. The jury assessed punishment at five years imprisonment. We affirm.

In Appellant’s Grounds of Error Nos. One and Two, he asserts that there is insufficient evidence to show beyond a reasonable doubt that Appellant caused the death of the individual named in the indictment, Emelinda Ramos. Appellant contends that the record does not show that the person transferred from the scene of the accident to the hospital was Emelinda Ramos.
