On March 27, 2006, the Securities and Exchange Commission (the “Commission”) commenced this lawsuit, alleging that Defendants Mark A. Shapiro, Irving J. Stit-sky, and William B. Foster (collectively, the “Individual Defendants”) engaged in a massive fraud on the investing public.
