On November 13, 1981, the parties submitted a Stipulation resolving Plaintiffs’ Motion for Issuance of Order to Show Cause and for Contempt Judgment, or in the Alternative, for Enforcement of the Court’s Order of August 4, 1978, which had been filed on June 17, 1981. On the same day, this Court entered a preliminary order approving the agreement as to those who would be immediately benefitted and setting a hearing at which time other affected class members could be heard on any objections.
