—In an action to recover damages for negligent and improper payment of seven checks, the defendant appeals from so much of a judgment of the Supreme Court, Nassau County (Ain, J.), dated March 11, 1992, as granted those branches of the plaintiffs motion which were for summary judgment with respect to the second and sixth causes of action.
Ordered that the judgment is affirmed insofar as appealed from, with costs.
