Plaintiff in error, who was petitioner below, brought a mandamus action against certain officials and the members of the civil service commission of the City and County of Denver to reinstate her as police matron of the city jail; to include her name in the classified civil service list; and praying that the auditor of the City and County of Denver be commanded to issue to her warrants in payment for services from the 1st day of April, 1936, at the rate of One Hundred and Fifty Dollars per month; and for such other and further relief as to the court should seem meet and proper.
