DECISION AND ORDER

REYNOLDS, Chief Judge.

Before the Court is a motion of the plaintiff Secretary of Labor to certify the results of an election for the offices of president and recording secretary of the defendant Local 998. The defendant objects to certain determinations made by the Labor Secretary in supervising the union election. Local 998 has filed a cross motion for summary judgment, requesting either that a new election be held or that incumbent President James W. Brown be certified as having been elected.
