Judgment of Supreme Court, New York County (Eugene Nardelli, J., at hearing, plea and sentence), rendered December 17, 1987, convicting defendant, upon his plea of guilty, of criminal possession of a controlled substance in the second degree and sentencing him to a term of imprisonment of from five years to life, unanimously affirmed.
