This was a bill in chancery filed by the appellee company in the superior court of Cook county for a decree establishing the value of lots 1, 2, 17 and 18, in block 62, school section addition to Chicago, (exclusive of the buildings and improvements,) on the first day of May, 1899, in pursuance of the provisions of a lease executed by George F. Harding to one Owen McCabe on the 30th day of January, 1888, whereby said Harding leased said lots to said McCabe for thirty years, beginning on the first day of May, 1889.
