I. INTRODUCTION
Following Petitioner’s plea of guilty to possession with intent to distribute cocaine base, this court found, based'on his prior *64convictions, that Petitioner was a Career Offender under § 4B1.1 of the United States Sentencing Guidelines (U.S.S.G.).
