The Secretary of Health and Human Services appeals from an order of the district court 1 which granted summary judgment to plaintiff-appellee Fay Crane, thereby reversing the Secretary’s decision denying disability insurance benefits to Fay Crane and remanding for consideration of plaintiffs substantive claim of disability. We reverse.
