DARDEN, Judge.

STATEMENT OF THE CASE

Joseph A. Barfield brings this interlocutory appeal of the trial court’s denial of his motion to suppress.

We reverse.

Shortly before 2:00 a.m. on March 30, 2001, Sheriffs Deputy Jason Vandiver was on duty in a rural area of Warrick County when he observed Joseph Barfield drive past at a high rate of speed and without a functioning taillight.
