Appeal from a decision of the Workers’ Compen*746sation Board, filed June 30, 2004, which ruled that the workers’ compensation insurance policy issued by Public Service Mutual Insurance Company was in effect as of the date that claimant sustained an occupational disease.
The sole issue on this appeal is whether Public Service Mutual Insurance Company, the workers’ compensation carrier for claimant’s employer, validly canceled the employer’s policy prior to claimant’s injury.
