FRUGÉ, Judge.

This is an appeal from two judgments rendered below, both adverse to defendants herein, Jefferson Oil Company and its insurer. These suits arise as a result of a collision which occurred December 6, 1953, between an automobile driven by Norman McGill and an oil transport truck owned by defendant and driven by an employee, Joe Viola. Seven of the eight occupants of the automobile were killed instantly or died within a few hours thereafter.
