Plaintiff IFC Credit Corporation (IFC) appeals from orders of the circuit court that dismissed IFC’s breach of contract claims against the numerous defendants due to lack of personal jurisdiction. IFC argues that the circuit court erred in refusing to enforce the forum selection clause in the contracts signed by defendants and assigned to IFC.
