—Proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78 (transferred to this Court by order of the Supreme Court, entered in Ulster County) to review a deter*924mination of respondent which found petitioner guilty of violating certain prison disciplinary rules.

Petitioner was found guilty after a disciplinary hearing of violating State-wide rules prohibiting unauthorized solicitation of goods, unauthorized exchange of personal items, possession of contraband, solicitation of smuggling and unauthorized provision of legal assistance for compensation.
