Michael Andrew Nicholson (appellant) challenges his convictions for trafficking in illegal drugs (hydrocodone) in an amount 14 grams or more, but less than 28 grams (Count One); possession of a controlled substance (diazepam and cocaine in Counts Two and Three, respectively); and possession of drug paraphernalia (Count Four).
