OPINION OF THE COURT

HUTCHINSON, Circuit Judge.

Appellant, Andre Stanley Deputy (“Deputy”), a death row inmate in a Delaware state prison, seeks to appeal an order of the United States District Court for the District of Delaware denying his petition for a writ of habeas corpus. The state court imposed the sentence after a jury convicted Deputy of two counts of intentional murder, two counts of felony murder, one count of first-degree robbery and one count of possession of a deadly weapon during the commission of a felony. 2 The same jury thereafter unanimously voted to impose the death penalty…
