RAY, District Judge.
Prior to the institution of these proceedings in bankruptcy, Kittie Fults obtained a judgment in the Supreme Court of the state of'New York against said] John C. Munro for damages for a wrongful entry on and a forcible detainer of certain real estate owned by Munro and leased by him to Fults, the husband of plaintiff, who assigned the lease' to the said Kittie Fults with the knowledge and assent of Munro.
